Meet Christesla Duroska

Associate Psychotherapist

Christesla Duroska, a Licensed Master Social worker obtained both her Bachelors and Master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Albany in 2015 and 2017. During her collegiate career she worked on and with various student groups to serve a plethora of populations in the Capital District. These services assisted children, adolescents, unhoused, and geriatric populations. After graduating she dedicated her services to children and families.  

 

Christesla uses her vast background in service to effectively collaborate to cultivate solutions and actionable steps for her clients. She uses trauma informed and strength-based approaches to validate and motivate her clients.

 

She is experienced in the practice of Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with a passion to help those who live with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

 

Christesla strives to create a safe space that serves the whole client with respect to race, gender identity, and sexual orientation.
